HUMANITARIANS
HUMANITARIANS
Humanitarians are first year Service Year Participants. They are high school or college aged students at least 14 years of age. Humanitarians will complete 50 hours of local service from October 15th to June 1st. They will attend all team meetings and participate in committee planning and execution.
International capstone
Humanitarians will have the opportunity to travel to an international site for two weeks in June or July to participate in service abroad.
SERVE YOUR COMMUNITY
Humanitarians will complete 50 hours of local service.
GAIN LEADERSHIP
Humanitarians will participate on planning and executing committee projects.
BE RELIABLE
Humanitarians will learn to become relied upon volunteers at their service site and by their team.
REFLECT
Humanitarians will reflect on the service they are doing locally and internationally.
