Receive money off your trip or a check for every person you get to join the Service Year!

How It Works

Follow these steps to build humanitarians and earn toward your trip

Step 1

Tell a friend, neighbor, relative- anyone- about the Youthlinc Service Year and encourage them to register. 

Step 2

For every new referral who joins the Service Year and makes their $500 deposit AND you complete the form below, you will receive a $100 discount on your 2024-25 Service Year trip cost OR a $50 check. (See details below. You must follow these steps to receive your referral.)

Who is Who?

A referrer is anyone in the Youthlinc community.

A new referral is a potential first-year humanitarian (ages 14-24), or first-year mentor (ages 25+), for the 2024-25 Service Year. Not an alum from a prior year.

Eligibility

  • A referrer must submit the name and contact information of new referrals on the online form (below). 

  • A referrer can refer unlimited new referrals as long as they meet the new referral eligibility.

  • A new referral must indicate their referrer on their 2024-25 Service Year Registration form. A new referral can only indicate ONE referrer.

  • A new referral must join the 2024-25 Service Year and pay their $500 Service Year deposit in order for a referrer to receive their discount/check.

  • Team Leaders, Co-Team Leaders  and their immediate families are NOT eligible for the referral bonus.  

The Referral Program runs through January 15th, 2025.
