Olene Walker Elementary Promise South Salt Lake Youth Program
Description:
Serving Kindergarten through 5th-grade youth who attend Olene Walker Elementary. This program is in SSL''s newest school. We are excited to provide a safe place for youth to explore and grow their personal interests.<br /><br />Each day includes snack and dinner services, homework help or tutoring, enrichment activities which include; model prevention programming, art, STEM, recreation, service learning, and college and career prep. As a Volunteer, You Will-
You will work directly with the refugee students on homework tutoring, mentoring a student, or assisting in the Early Learning program. Volunteer opportunities are available Monday-Thursday from 4-7pm elementary-aged children and teens.
