The Natural History Museum of Utah illuminates the natural world and the place of humans within it. We are the state museum of natural history, with 9 permanent exhibition galleries and over 1.6 million objects housed in our collections. As a Volunteer, You Will-
We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for high school students, college students, and adults. Volunteers will play a part in igniting a life-long passion for science in museum guests. You may interact with guests as they explore our exhibits, engage campers in their exploration of the natural world, and share your passion for science and history with those eager to learn. We have youth volunteer opportunities with our Gallery Programs team during the year, with summer camps, and for special events throughout the year.
