Jordan Valley School is a center based school for children with severe multiple disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, and communication impairments. As a Volunteer, You Will-
Volunteers for Jordan Valley School work in the classroom with students and teachers. Volunteers may spend their time escorting students to class, helping with classroom tasks and work, or aiding a student with his or her daily goals. Those interested should be at least 14 years old and have a desire to work with children with severe disabilities. Volunteers must be able to lift 50 pounds. Volunteers will first need to apply online. Go to canyonsdistrict.org, then community, then volunteers.
