Girl Scouts of Utah Outreach Program
Description:
The Girl Scouts of Utah Outreach Program specifically helps low income, disadvantaged, underserved, refugee populations and others to establish a Girl Scout presence at their site. We are currently working with several low income housing complexes, several domestic violence shelters, some homeless shelters, community centers, and Title 1 after-school programs. At almost every site, volunteers are needed to help run these Girl Scout troops. As a Volunteer, You Will-
Volunteers are assigned as Troop Leaders and teach curriculum about Girl Scouting and leadership skills. Volunteers also facilitate crafts and team building activities.
