Cottonwood High School Promise South Salt Lake Youth Program
Description:
Cottonwood High School in Murray. This program is the only one that offers transportation - there is a bus to take youth home to South Salt Lake after the program. Clubs and Activities include Art Club, Robotics, Colts in the Kitchen (Cooking Club), Team Sports, Chess Club, MESA, Video Game Club, ACT Prep, and much more!<br /><br />Each day includes snack and dinner services, homework help or tutoring, enrichment activities which include; model prevention programming, art, STEM, recreation, service learning, and college and career prep. As a Volunteer, You Will-
You will work directly with the refugee students on homework tutoring, mentoring a student, or assisting in the Early Learning program. Volunteer opportunities are available Monday-Thursday from 4-7pm elementary-aged children and teens.
