Children of Hope Academy

Description:

The purpose of the academy is to help students with disabilities achieve their full potential and to provide their families with programs and other resources to support continued learning and progress.<br /><br />The Children of Hope Academy (COHA) needs volunteer tutors to work one-on-one with people with disabilities. All materials are provided and no experience is necessary. Volunteers receive assistance as needed. Volunteers are needed for the school year, with holidays and breaks in accordance with the Washington County School District Calendar. As a Volunteer, You Will-

The Children of Hope Academy needs volunteer tutors to work one-on-one with our students with disabilities. All material are provided and no experience is necessary. Volunteers receive orientation and assistance is available at all times if questions arise. Volunteers are needed for the duration of the school year (begins Aug 18) with holidays and breaks in accordance with the Washington County School District Calendar. All materials are provided and no experience is necessary. Volunteer shifts are once a week from 9:30-11:30 am or 1:00-3:00 pm. (One hour shifts also could be accommodated.) There also are several volunteers needed from 3:00 to 4:30 pm.
