WE WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS IN JANUARY 2019.
All information must be complete and all documents uploaded before you can submit your application. Read everything carefully, complete required documents, approach recommenders before beginning to submit your application. Upload everything at once as you will not be able to save your application and come back later.
Applicants must be a Utah student and a US citizen, legal resident, or have DACA status. Applicants must be a junior or senior in a Utah high school or must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate college or university program in the state of Utah. Graduate students are not eligible of this Award.
Applicants will be judged on quality of essays and recommendation forms and, above all, on evidence of sustained, focused service efforts on behalf of genuinely needy individuals or communities. We are looking for applicants who demonstrate strong leadership skills, consistent service over a period of time, hands-on service, self-driven service, collaboration with others, and local impact right here in Utah.

The top ten finalists will be notified by Monday, April 1 , 2019 and will be asked to interview in Salt Lake City on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 8:30am-12pm. The top ten finalists are required to attend the Youthlinc Annual Benefit on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center.
