Service Year

The Youthlinc Service Year is a unique opportunity designed to engage high school and college students in their local communities and communities abroad. Students are accepted into the Service Year program in the fall and placed onto a team of students and mentors from across Utah. Teams will travel the following summer. 

Real Life

Real Life is a peer-mentoring after school program with a life skills curriculum benefiting under-served youth in the Salt Lake Area.

Global Community Leadership

Global Community Leadership (GCL) is a partnership with Utah State University designed to integrate hands on service and academic learning. Participants can enroll for college credit or participate for no credit.

Local Service Directory

The Youthlinc Utah Local Service Directory is Utah’s only statewide resource for selecting student-friendly volunteer opportunities. This interactive online Directory allows users to find hands-on service opportunities in a positive mentoring atmosphere. It also allows users to track and verify service hours, and post reviews about their service experiences.

Young Humanitarian Award

The Young Humanitarian Award is a service based scholarship for college youth.
