General Orientation

"GO" is a Youthlinc wide meeting for all participants and parents to come and learn all about the Youthlinc Service Year. Parents will have time to get their questions asnwered, students will learn about local service, mentors will receive training, and everyone will hear about Youthlinc's process and procedures. The day ends with a chance to meet your team and start preparing for a fun year!

Team Meetings

Team Meetings

Each month, teams will meet together to plan their committee projects, learn more about internation plans, keep track and reflect on local service, and bond with team members. Some team meetings have specific goals such as January is a committee workshop, February is the travel clinic, March is our BBBSU Clothing Drive, and June is your packing meeting.

International Trip

International Trip

Each trip is about two weeks long all together. This includes travel days, work days in the village, and an excursion towards the end. While in the village, teams are broken up into committees to help with a number of different projects.
