Donors &
Financials

Youthlinc is grateful to the hundreds of donors that help us carry forward our mission.  We would not exist without your generosity. We are particularly grateful this year amid all the complications 2020 had in store.

A special thanks to our Sustaining Members (Legacy Sponsors) who donate consistently year after year to support youth in their endeavors to become lifetime humanitarians.  Thank you to the foundations, companies, Rotary Clubs, and individuals who have supported students, mentors, Real Life, Young Humanitarian Award, Local Service Directory, Global Community Leadership, our international partners, and our capital campaign.

The pandemic was complicated to deal with from a financial perspective for Youthlinc in 2020.  Since a large portion of our revenues are related to capstone international service trips, when trips had to be postponed, this caused a major shift in our financial profile this year.

Between many volunteers choosing to remain with us for another year, a variety of other revenue streams (grants, sponsorships, Payroll Protection Program, etc.), and sacrifices made by the organization and staff, we were able to balance our budget in 2020 and set ourselves up for a lean but sustainable 2021.

As we head into 2021 with ongoing uncertainty about international travel, we are optimistic that due to the sound financial management of Youthlinc during the past 21 years, we will be able to successfully keep operations going into 2022 when society is expected to get back to a more normal state.
