Alum Leader Low Service Plan of Action

Youthlinc Service Year alums are required to contribute 30 hours of local service between October 15th and June 1. All hours must be logged and approved in your Dashboard in order to count. A minimum of 15 hours must be logged and approved by April 1. Any Alum who doesn’t have this minimum number of required hours logged and approved by April 1 will need to complete a Low Service Hour Plan of Action to ensure successful completion of the Youthlinc Service Year.
As part of this Plan of Action, your team leadership will schedule a call with you each week to offer support and help to hold you accountable to this plan. If this form is not submitted by April 15, Youthlinc staff will schedule a personal meeting with the participant and parents of a minor participant.
