Meet the Team Leader
Kelly Olson
Kelly Olson started her volunteer service in 1999 at the Murray Care Center in Murray, Utah. She traveled with the first YouthLINC trip to Kenya in June 2000 and has been involved in service ever since. She has her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota where she served as philanthropy chairman for her sorority, service coordinator over springtime campus wide events, president of the society of professional journalists, YMCA volunteer, and new student weekend leader.
Kelly works at The University of Utah and designs YouthLINCs local service directory and fundraiser materials. She traveled to Peru with YouthLINC in 2004, and looks forward to returning on this year’s trip as team leader with her husband, Eric.
